Delivery Time

  • All orders are delivered within 9–10 working days after order confirmation.

Free Delivery

  • Free delivery is available all over Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

To confirm your COD order:

  • A PKR 1,000 advance payment is mandatory for every order.

  • The remaining balance will be paid at the time of delivery.

  • Orders will only be confirmed after the advance payment has been successfully verified by our team.

 

 

Government Tax

As per government regulations:

  • A 4% government tax applies to all online Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • This tax is applicable even if the PKR 1,000 advance payment has already been made.

  • Customers who choose Full Advance Payment are not required to pay the 4% COD tax.

 

 

Full Advance Payment

Customers may also choose to pay the full order amount in advance.

Benefits:

  • No 4% COD tax.

  • Faster order confirmation and processing.

 

 

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • The required payment has been received.

  • Our team has successfully verified the payment.

 

 

Order Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched only after payment verification and order confirmation.

 

 

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only if:

  • An incorrect product is delivered.

  • The product is received damaged.

  • A manufacturing defect is found.

 

 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if an incorrect or damaged product has been delivered.

 

 

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed or dispatched.
