By placing an order with Haya by Ishma, you agree to the following terms:

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, colors, pricing, and images are accurate. However:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Minor measurement differences may occur due to manual stitching.

Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in PKR.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation.
  • COD orders require a PKR 1,000 advance payment.
  • Haya by Ishma reserves the right to refuse or cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

Product Availability

  • Products are subject to stock availability.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact the customer.

Liability

Haya by Ishma shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
