All orders are delivered within 7–10 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
A flat PKR 250 delivery charge applies to every order, regardless of the number of abayas purchased.
We accept 100% advance online payment only via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer. COD is currently unavailable due to frequent returns and unconfirmed COD bookings.
After placing your order, please upload a clear payment screenshot showing your name, transaction ID/reference number, and paid amount.
All payments are manually verified within 24 hours. Your order will be confirmed and processed once the payment has been successfully verified.
Orders are packed and dispatched only after payment verification and order confirmation.

Returns are accepted only in case of a major manufacturing defect or an incorrect/damaged product, subject to approval by our team.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed or dispatched.
If the payment screenshot is missing or unclear, our team may contact you via Call or WhatsApp for verification. Customers may also contact us directly on WhatsApp to provide their payment proof.
