Payment Policy

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • JazzCash

  • Bank Transfer

  • Full Advance Payment

 

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

To confirm every COD order:

  • A PKR 1,000 advance payment is required.

  • The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

  • A 4% government tax applies to all online COD orders.

 

 

Full Advance Payment

Customers choosing Full Advance Payment:

  • Do not pay the 4% COD tax.

  • Receive faster order confirmation and processing.

 

 

Payment Verification

After making the payment, customers must share a clear payment screenshot showing:

  • Customer Name

  • Transaction ID / Reference Number

Our team will verify the payment before processing the order.

 

 

Payment Security

All payment information shared with Haya by Ishma is used solely for payment verification and order processing.

 

 

Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment cannot be verified, the order will remain on hold until successful verification is completed.
