Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before payment verification and order processing.

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

• Payment has been verified.

• Production has started.

• Packing has been completed.

• The parcel has been dispatched.

Advance payments made for confirmed orders are generally non-refundable, except where cancellation is approved due to an error on our side or another exceptional circumstance determined by Haya by Ishma.

Haya by Ishma reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability.

• Pricing errors.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Incomplete customer information.
