Data Deletion Instructions

Haya by Ishma (hayabyishma.com) uses a Meta app to receive and answer customer messages sent to our Instagram account, Facebook Page and WhatsApp number. You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time.

What we delete

  • Your conversations with us on Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp (messages, photos and files).
  • Your name, username, profile picture and platform account ID stored in our support system.
  • Your website account and saved addresses, if you have one.

Order and payment records that we must keep by law (for example for tax and accounting) are kept only for the required period and are not used for anything else.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@hayabyishma.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or send "Delete my data" to us on WhatsApp at +92 316 3001111.
  2. Include your Instagram username, Facebook name or phone number so we can find your conversations.
  3. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm to you once it is done.

Removing our app from your Facebook account

You can also remove the app's access at any time: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose "Haya By Ishma Support" and select Remove. On Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
